Locality: Soccoro County in central New Mexico (34.353830, -106.885090)
Abstract: The Sevilleta checklist was compiled by Sevilleta Refuge staff, in conjunction with staff of The Flora Project, a project funded in part by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. It has been derived from an historic floristic inventory (Manthey 1977), more recent herbarium records, the phylogenetic and ecological literature, and agency study records. The field guide plant descriptions were compiled and edited by staff of The Flora Project, based on published plant descriptions, published keys, and examination of herbarium specimens.
