Humboldt, Maple Creek 7.5' USGS quad. A collection of samples from 3 populations. Off Snow Camp Road, about 2 miles west of Lake Prairie on either side of Maple Creek. Within an intercoastal conifer forest dominated by Pseudotsuga menziesii, Lithocarpus densiflorus, Arbutus menziesii, Polystichum munitum. Found in openings within the forest, around windfall, near and along drainages in thick riparian vegetation, and along old dirt logging roads. Found growing in little to thick duff and with moss, 75- 95%canopy cover, 0-35% slope. Collected by: Jessica Moeller, Stephanie Puentes, Amanda Shufelberger. Lat/Lon collected by GPS.
