Found within a dry drainage at road crossing, upslope side, growing with purple lupine, Cynoglossum officinale, Elderberry, Ceanothus velutinus, Arctostaphylos patula, Chamerion angustifolium, Chrysolepis sempervirens. Scattered on a dry rocky old logging landing right above a steep slope on the north-northeast side of the road within a mixed conifer forest. Surrounding plants include Ceanothus cordulatus, Arctostaphylos patula, Lithocarpus densiflorus, Pseudotsuga menziesii, and Pinus ponderosa. 8 plants present. Collected by S. Puentes, A.
