United States, Kentucky, Madison, Taylor Fork Ecological Area. 60 acre site near EKU's main Richmond campus. Off of McKinney Skills Drive the road turns to gravel and becomes increasingly rough. At the EKU Burn Building you must go through the first closed gate (which you should close behind you). Follow the road to a gravel turn-around loop and park outside the gate (unless the cows are out, in which case park inside the gate). Close the gate behind you! Then cross the wooden bridge near the entrance and take the trail to the right. Follow it up to the top of the hill and there is a large group of Spring Beauty here!, 37.7161868611 -84.2967643437
