El Dorado, Old Iron Mountain 7.5' USGS quad. 100+ individuals, 75% flowering. On the southern facing slope of North Park Creek ~1.5 miles east of the confluence of North Park Creek and Park Creek. Growing on an older rocky cut bank that was gravelly and moist. Looks like a small outcrop of lava cap within a mixed conifer forest. Not many plants growing with it, but immediately surrounding it was Madia gracilis, Poa sp, Bromus tectorum, Agoseris heterophylla, Nemophila maculata, Clarkia sp, Aira caryophyllea, Potentilla gracilis, Mimulus bicolor, Mimulus sp, Ceanothus integerrimus, and Galium aparine. 0% canopy, 45degree slope, S aspect. Lat/Lon collected by GPS., 1320m
