Diagnostic Traits: perennial, roots scarcely aromatic; stems at least thinly villous; stipules with ciliate margin; leaves 2-3 ternately compound, the leaflets ovate and dentate; flowers white, fewer than 10 per umbellet; fruits clavate, 1+ cm long; styles less than 1.6 mm long.
