Glabrous, 3-8 dm; lvs evidently to obscurely 3- nerved, 2-6 cm נ1.5-4 mm; infl rather small, the heads sessile in small glomerules; invol 3-4 mm, its bracts atomiferous-glandular, evidently to rather obscurely green-tipped; disk-fls 12-20, as many as or a few more than the small rays; receptacle scarcely fimbrillate; 2n=18. Moist lake-shores; s. N.S. (Solidago g.)
