Stems
villous or tomentose, ± woolly, sparsely glandular-stipitate.
Leaves:
basal blades lanceolate, 50-100(-150) × 8-15(-40) mm, margins coarsely serrate, faces softly villous, tomentose, stipitate-glandular.

Phyllaries
appressed, unequal, bases chartaceous, apices green.
