United States, Utah, San Juan, BLM land. Take U-95 west of Blanding for about 10 km, turn north (right) onto (paved) Cottonwood Wash Road (San Juan County Road 228). After 1.5 km turn left onto the road along the old highway grade (bottom 50 ft of road is paved). Follow road to the top of Comb Ridge and begin descent into Comb Wash, note large rounded yellow sandstone monolith about 1 km south on edge of Comb Ridge. Road will split, take left fork along Comb Ridge (not the 4x4 trail which drops into Comb Wash) until just east of sandstone monolith noted above. Google Map

Google Maps is a web mapping service provided by Google that features a map that users can pan (by dragging the mouse) and zoom (by using the mouse wheel). Collection points are displayed as colored markers that when clicked on, displays the full information for that collection. When multiple species are queried (separated by semi-colons), different colored markers denote each individual species.

Google Earth (KML)

This creates an KML file that can be opened in the Google Earth mapping application. Note that you must have Google Earth installed on your computer to make use of this option.
