Google Maps es un servicio de mapeo web proporcionado por Google que presenta un mapa que los usuarios pueden mover (sosteniendo el botón del ratón) y acercar y alejar (usando la rueda del ratón). Los puntos de colecciones son mostrados como marcadores coloreados que muestran la información completa de la colección cuando se hace click en ellos. Cuando se consultan varias especies (separadas por punto y coma), marcadores coloreados diferentes denotan cada especie individual.

Google Earth (KML)

Esto crea un archivo KML que puede abrirse en la aplicación de mapeo Google Earth. Note que se debe de tener instalado Google Earth en su computadora para hacer uso de esta opción.
